Ingredients: CLA (80% EE), L-Carnitine Tartrate, Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols) (of which caffeine, of which (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-Gallate (EGCG)), Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA 80% Ethyl Ester: Safflower Oil), L-Carnitine Tartrate, Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols). Capsule [Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour (Brilliant Blue)], Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate).

Recommended use: Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily with meals.
