Ingredients: L-Glutamine, L-glutamine (100%). Processed in a facility that also handles sulphites, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soybeans, milk and mustard ingredients.
Recommended use: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 250 ml. of cold water and consume once daily. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
