Ingredients: Aqua, Gaultheria fragrantissima leaf oil, Pinus roxburghii oleo gum resin oil, Mentha arvensis aerial parts extract, Cetearyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, Ceteareth-20, Cetyl palmitate, Ethoxydiglycol, Vitex negundo aerial parts oil, Cedrus deodara wood oil, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome oil, Boswellia serrata resin oil, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

Recommended use: Apply a small quantity of Rumalaya Gel and lightly massage it to the area with discomfort.
