Ingredients: Ionic Trace Minerals Complex (ITM), Sulfate ( from FeSO & ITM), Iron (as Ferrous sulfate), Boron (from ITM), purified water, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium benzoate.
Recommended use: SHAKE WELL. Take 1.2 mL (1/4 tsp) daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Spread the serving size throughout the day and take on a full stomach. Start with a half serving if you have a sensitive stomach. Do not refrigerate.
