Ingredients: Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Mixture of ZMA (magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, L-OptiZinc (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate), zinc L-aspartate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)), gelatine capsule (gelatine, colouring iron oxide).
Recommended use: 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach in the evening before bedtime. Wash down with a sufficient amount of water.
