Ingredients: Highly refined fish oil concentrate (from one or more anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel, sardine), gelatin, humectant: glycerol; purified water, glazing agent: beeswax; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; colour: caramel; natural flavor, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; antioxidant: mixed tocopherols; maltodextrin, rosemary extract. Contains sesame.

Recommended use: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals.
