Ingredients: Purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water, natural flavor), RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), natural flavor, rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Recommended use: For ages 3+ years, four soft gels daily, with food. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
