Ingredients: Fish Oil Concentrate, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free) glycerin, water] and d-alpha Tocopherol. Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna). Natural d-alpha Tocopherol from non-GMO soy. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use: Take 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily with food.
