Ingredients: Quercetin Phytosome [from Sophora japonica Extract (Flower) and Sunflower Lecithin] (80 mg Quercetin), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Potato Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid (vegetable source). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food.
