This product is manufactured in a facility which processes milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Recommended use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 10-12 ounces of cold water. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference. Pre-workout: consume 20-30 minutes prior to training. Intra-workout: sip on throughout training. Post-workout: consume within 30 minutes after training.
