Ingredients: Trimethylglycine (TMG) (Betaine Anhydrous), bulking agent: cellulose; bulking agent: fatty acids; thickener: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and vegetarian coating. May contain traces of wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients.
Recommended use: Take 1-3 tablets twice daily, preferably with food.
Recommended daily portion: 3 tablets.
