Recommended use: Mix one 12,5g serving (approx. 1/2 of measuring scoop) with 300ml of water and drink during the physical activity. A maximum daily dose is 12,5g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Warnings: Contains caffeine (160mg/ 12,5g) - not suitable for children, pregnant or nursing women. Once opened, store in a temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 3 months. Does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, freeze and humidity.
