USE, DON'T ABUSE
Take 1 serving (2 capsules) on an empty stomach upon waking with water. Take 1 serving (2 capsules) 30 minutes prior to lunch with water. To assess tolerance consume 1 capsule twice per day for the first 7 days.

Ingredients: Green tea extract, bitter orange powder, gelatine capsule (bovine gelatine, colours: E102 tartrazine, E133 brilliant blue FCF, E129 allura red AC, E172 iron oxides and hydroxidese), cayenne pepper, caffeine anhydrous, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids; L-phenylalanine, green coffee extract. May contain milk, soy, egg, fish, crustaceans, peanuts, nuts, gluten, celery, molluscs, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
Recommended use: 2 capsules taken with food. Maximum of 2 servings (4 capsules) per day. To assess tolerance: consume 1 capsule per day for the first 7 days. Do not take within 6 hours of intended sleep. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Contains 5mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per serving. Do NOT consume 800mg or more of [-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Not suitable for vegetarians. This product is intended for use by adults. The packaging and product container may be attractive to young children but it should not be used by them in play.
