Ingredients: Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), Olive oil and softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
Recommended use: Adults take 1 softgel once a day with a fat-containing meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Warnings: Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) per day of vitamin D should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement.
