Ingredients: Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) (from Lanolin), Fish Oil Concentrate, Softgel Capsule (fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water), Lemon Oil, antioxidant: d-alpha Tocopherol (from non GMO soy). Contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and fish gelatin (tilapia, basa). May contain: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
Recommended use: Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
