Recommended use: Immediately after the physical activity, stir 75g into 450 ml of water and drink in small amounts within 20-30 minutes. Wash down with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed recommended dosage. 1 measuring scoop = approx. 25g. Stir in water according to the recommended dosage.
Warnings: Does not replace a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant and nursing women. After mixing, undissolved particles could be seen in the beverage.
