Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Monohydrate (84%), Acid (Malic Acid), Flavouring, Sweetener (Stevia), Natural Orange Colour (Paprika). Produced in a facility which processes products containing nuts, milk, gluten, egg, soya, shell fish and peanuts.
Recommended use: Add 1 scoop (5g) to 250-300 ml of water, shake and consume. Use once daily preferably directly before or after exercise.
