Ingredients: L-Glutamine, L‑glutamine, gelatine capsule (gelatine, colouring iron oxide), bulking agent magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.
Recommended use: Training days: use 3 capsules immediately after training. Non-training days: use 3 capsules in the evening before bedtime. Maximum 3 capsules per day. Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
