Product information

Omega 3 is an Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) sourced from Fish Oil, which is rich in EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). As humans are incapable of synthesising Omega 3, it is essential that we consume them via dietary sources.

Ingredients: Fish oil (EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid)), Vitamin E, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Vegetable Gelatin Softgel, Purified Water, Vitamin E (DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate).

Recommended use: Consume 1 softgel up to 3 times daily preferably with food. Morning, afternoon, and evening dosage is recommended.
