Ingredients: Creatine Hydrochloride (Patented C-HCl), natural flavors, sweetener: sucralose. Contains: Sulfites <10ppm. Processed in a facility that may also process ingredients containing milk, egg, soybean, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, and peanuts.

Recommended use: Take one serving with approximately 120 - 180 ml of water. Patented Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with your other favorite Kaged products. If you are not consuming other sources of creatine, consume 2 servings with 180 - 240 ml of water pre- and post- workout. On non-training days, consume 4 servings all once upon waking with 240 - 360 ml of water.
