Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate, None.
Recommended use: Mix ½ scoop (3g) or 1 scoop (5g) with your preferred amount of water or juice, shake and consume before or after exercise. Consume once daily. After 8 weeks of continued use, take 1 week off then start cycle again.
