Contains milk. Manufactured in a facility that also handles soya, egg, fish, celery, cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Recommended use: Mix 2 level scoops (33g) of protein powder with 250ml of cold water or cold milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1-3 times daily. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
