Ingredients: Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) (Standardized to min. 95% Curcuminoids), Bromelain (2400GDU/g) (from Pineapple), Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use: Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food.
