Ingredients: AT Capsule Complex [Nettle Powder (root), Cissus quadrangularis Extract (leaf), Capsule (gelatin (contains Sulphites)), Polygonum cuspidatum Extract (root), Fenugreek Powder (seed), Grapefruit Powder (peel), Citrus aurantium L. Extract (fruit), anti-caking agent:magnesium stearate; Pepper Extract (fruit)]; Arachidonic Acid softgel [Arachidonic acid oil, bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol; purified water, caramel color (E150d)]. Made in a GMP facility on equipment that processes milk, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat.
Recommended use: Take a single packet every day for 21 straight days. On training days, take the packet with the last meal before you work out. On off days, just take the packet with any meal. Unlike other “cycled” Animal products, you can use Animal Test for two consecutive cycles— without an “off” week—for a total of 42 straight days. After this double cycle, take a full 4 weeks off.
Recommended daily portion: 1 packet.
