Recommended use: Mix one scoop with 8-12 oz. of cold water. Consume 20-30 minutes before workouts.

Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Each serving contains approximately 175mg of Caffeine, which is about as much as two cups of strong coffee, and 1.2g of Beta-Alanine. Do not combine with alcohol, other caffeine-containing products, or exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Beta Alanine may cause a temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Exercise may increase your fluid needs, so drink lots of water to stay well-hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse effects or unusual symptoms.
