Recommended use: Mix 1/2 scoop (5,1g) of HYDE Nightmare with 125 ml of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Do not exceed 1 scoop (10,2g) of HYDE Nightmare per day. Do not consume HYDE Nightmare within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE Nightmare.
