Product information

Helps support the digestive system. Slippery Elm is derived from a native tree in North America. KIKI has selected the finest farm that is tended by the native tribes, ensuring that the trees are harvested at their optimum period using ancient traditions. Only the inner bark of the slippery elm tree is used to create this fine cream coloured powder. Once harvested the bark is dried at low temperatures to retain as much of the nutrients as possible and then milled into a fine powder. Slippery elm has been used in herbal remedies in North America for centuries to soothe a number of symptoms both orally and externally in healing salves. Naturally free from gluten and wheat. Non-irradicated.

Recommended use: Internally: Add one teaspoon to 250ml water. Best taken at night. Externally: Mix with water to form a paste and apply to the affected area. Do not apply to open wounds.

Warnings: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
