Ingredients: Citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, flavourings, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and calcium silicate, acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid, L-tyrosine, taurine, choline bitartrate (VitaCholine™), caffeine anhydrous, extract from Camellia sinensis leaf standardised to L-theanine (TheaGreen™), nicotinamide, sweeteners: sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia, extract from Coffea robusta bean standardised to caffeine (Xtenergy®), extract from korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) root, extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus (AstraGin®), methylcobalamin, colours: riboflavin and brilliant blue FCF, pyridoxine hydrochloride. May contain: milk, gluten, soy, fish & sulphur dioxide.
Recommended use: 16.5 g (3 scoops). Dissolve powder into 300 ml of water. Drink around 30 minutes before workout.
Warnings: The product is intended for adults with increased physical activity. Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Contains caffeine (300 mg/day). Do not consume with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect. Product should not be consumed by the population under 18 years of age and by pregnant women. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of the reach of young children. Use within 2 months after opening. Contains a desiccant pack, do not eat. Do not discard desiccant. If this product is not stored correctly, powder may clump due to the hygroscopic ingredients. Clumping has no impact on the safety or quality of the product. Suitable for vegan and halal diets.
