Ingredients: Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol plus Mixed Tocopherols), Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use: Take 1/4 teaspoon 1 to 4 times daily with food. For topical use, gently massage a few drops into the skin, paying close attention to dry, rough or scarred skin.
