Ingredients: Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl), Chromium (from Chromium Chelavite), Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Soy Lecithin, Glucomannan (from Konjac Root) (Amorphophallus konjac), Kelp (Laminaria spp.) (Whole Plant), Bovine Gelatin (capsule), Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Contains soy (lecithin). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use: Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food.
