Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for our body, as they are needed for many functions, but cannot be produced on its own. Especially fatty sea fish such as mackerel, herring or sardine have high levels of omega-3. But be honest: How many times a week do you eat fish? Ingredients: Fish oil concentrate (Epax), Fish oil (10% EPA, 50 % DHA), gelatine (capsule, bovine), humectant: glycerol, purified water, antioxidant: alphatocopherol (vitamin E).
Recommended use: Take 1 to 2 softgel capsules once a day with a main meal and with sufficient water, do not chew. Even 1 softgel capsule per day can have a positive effect on brain function.
