Ingredients: Niacin (as Niacinamide), Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl), Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate), Melatonin, Calcium Carbonate, Hypromellose (cellulose), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Vegetarian Coating and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use: Take 1 tablet about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.
