Ingredients: CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, None. Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use: Take a 1/2 level teaspoon 3 to 4 times daily. Mix into 8 fl. oz. of water or your favorite beverage. For best results, allow at least 2 hours between doses.
