Ingredients: L-Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, L-leucine, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, L-Carnosine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Caffeine, Vitamin C, Glucose, maltodextrin, fructose, L-alanine, creatine monohydrate, magnesium citrate, acidity regulator citric acid, anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, L-leucine, L-tyrosine, taurine, L-carnosine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), stabilizer polyvinylpyrrolidone, L-isoleucine, L-valine, aroma, anti-caking agent silica, caffeine, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K.
Recommended use: When needed chew 1-2 tablets. It is not suitable to take more than 2 tablets within an hour. Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets. Chew the tablet or dissolve it in mouth. Wash down with sufficient amount of beverage.
