Recommended use: As a dietary supplement: - For daily maintenance: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take one (1) teaspoon daily. - For Intensive Use: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take two (2) teaspoons four (4) times daily.
