Ingredients: Vitamin A, Purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural flavor), natural flavor, d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), rosemary extract (a natural preservative).

Recommended use: For ages 3-6 years, four soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.
