Ingredients: acidity regulator: citric acid; natural flavors (raspberry with other natural flavors), sweetener: steviol glycosides (from stevia) [Reb A, Reb M (OnoSweet)]; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gel; colour: blue spirulina.

Recommended use: Add 1 scoop to 240-360 ml of water or 2 scoops to 480 - 710 ml of water. Start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance. Take up to 2 scoops daily. Due to the magnesium content, consuming more than 2 scoops at a time may result in a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce the serving size.
